The idea behind the pack
The pack groups three common nutrition themes: fruit and vegetable polyphenols in the morning, a noni-based formula during the day, and omega-3 fats in the evening. A research group in Turkey and Canada has studied a similar trio of noni liquid, omega-3 capsules and a blueberry-based extract, focusing on inflammation, oxidative stress and blood-vessel function. Those studies had no control group and did not name a brand, so they are not tests of this pack. The noni and nitric oxide guide explains what they measured and why their design limits what they can show, and the guide to reading supplement research shows how to judge studies like these.
Safety notes
- Noni: NCCIH reports cases of liver problems in people who used noni juice or tea for several weeks, notes that noni is high in potassium, and warns of possible interactions with medicines that raise potassium, blood pressure medicines and medicines that affect the liver.
- Omega-3: the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements notes that omega-3 supplements may interact with blood-thinning medicines such as warfarin.
- Vitamin D and beta-carotene: add up the amounts from all your supplements, not just one product.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, take medication or have a medical condition, talk to a healthcare professional before starting.
Questions to ask before buying
- Do the current Supplement Facts match what you expect, and how much of each ingredient is in a serving?
- Are you already taking omega-3, vitamin D or a multivitamin that overlaps?
- Do you want the full pack, or only the one or two products you will actually use every day?
- What are the subscription, shipping and return terms?

Sunrise, a superfood drink for the morning; Nitro Xtreme or Nitro FX, noni-based liquid drops for the day; and Sunset, an omega-3 softgel for the evening.
Has the Triangle of Health been clinically tested?
We are not aware of a published controlled study of the Amare pack itself. One research group studied a similar combination of ingredients without a control group and without naming a brand.
Can I take the Triangle of Health with medication?
Noni and omega-3 can interact with some medicines, including blood thinners and medicines that affect potassium, blood pressure or the liver. Ask your healthcare professional first.
