Who I am
I'm Mehmet Akif Topçu. I joined this organization on February 5, 2013, when it was Kyäni. Kyäni later merged with Amare, and I continued with the combined company. It has been my main work ever since. Over the years I have helped build teams in many different countries, and in every one of them the goal has been the same: to reach people with practical, benefit-focused information that helps them build healthier daily habits.
Before this, I spent many years in professional corporate life. I bring that experience to this organization and have contributed to its growth for more than a decade.
What my family and I use
I use the products I write about. My daily routine is built around Sunrise, Sunset, Nitro, HL5 and the Happy Juice Pack. My wife uses Amare's full skin and hair care line, and my child uses Amare's kids products such as Kids VitaGBX. My whole family has used these products for years. For us they are not something we try once and forget; they are a shared, simple part of everyday life.
My own habit: I mix my Happy Juice into a 1.5-liter bottle of water and sip it from morning until noon, and my family does the same. That is my personal routine, not a recommendation. Always follow the directions on your product label.
I'm an Independent Amare Brand Partner (ID 733596). My experience is personal and is not a typical or promised result.
Who operates this site
GetGutBrain is operated by Mehmet Akif Topçu as an independent US-focused Amare Brand Partner. The site is not the official Amare store, is not presented as a medical practice, and does not claim to be produced or medically reviewed by Amare or a healthcare professional.
What this site does
The site provides plain-language wellness education, label-literacy checklists, decision factors, and a disclosed referral path to the official Amare US store. The official store controls current product information, checkout, payment, fulfillment, subscriptions, shipping, and returns.
How guides are prepared
Guides start with a specific consumer question. They aim to define terms clearly, separate mechanisms from outcomes, identify evidence limits, link to relevant public sources, and explain when a reader should ask a qualified healthcare professional. Product-specific facts are treated as changeable and should be checked against the official label or checkout.
Editorial standards
Content should be useful to people before it is useful for search engines. The site avoids diagnosing conditions, promising personal outcomes, presenting testimonials as typical results, or treating research about one ingredient, strain, dose, or population as proof for every formula. Material updates are reflected by an editorial update date.
Referral and compensation disclosure
GetGutBrain may receive a commission or sales bonus when a visitor purchases through a referral link or uses partner ID 733596 where the official checkout accepts it. That relationship is disclosed near recommendations so readers can evaluate the information with the commercial context in view.
Health and safety boundary
This site provides general education, not individualized medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. New, severe, persistent, worsening, or concerning symptoms should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional. Medication use, pregnancy or nursing, allergies, a diagnosed condition, a compromised immune system, or concern about stimulants are reasons to ask a clinician or pharmacist before using a supplement.
Corrections and updates
If a source, product fact, link, or policy appears outdated or inaccurate, the page should be reviewed and corrected. Price, availability, packaging, subscriptions, shipping, returns, and eligibility can change on the official store and should not be treated as permanent facts on this domain.
